Calm and centered. This is a place for everything works best. We can't be there at all times. But the more that becomes your automatic, reflexive, mode then the more you'll be able to access performance and joy and peacefulness

Tragic attention or tension

Doesn't need to be so hard. Trying to learn, educate and better yourself. Education systems are not all what they're made out to be. As many ways learning absorbing information and actualizing applying. Knowledge and skills. We need to find the ways that adapt into the parts of our life we already find Joy  Learning becomes easier life becomes easier your body and, because you're interested. When were interested and passionate learning doesn't seem like a chore . That's the part of how you get life

It all comes back to learning and movement.

The Hazards and Hurdles to Joy that every person wants to know

Being in joy: hazards and hurdles – weakness, injuries, pain, emotional turmoil, stress etc. fragmented mind, busy mind, chaotic mind.

Becoming strong will help you live a more enjoyable life. Can help you improve your quality of life.  However there's many strong people who don't live a life of joy.

Spinal segments and joints. Sometimes they need support sometimes they need guidance, sometimes they need encouragement.

Cost of Stress or Stress:  Friend or Foe?

Stress is an ambiguous term.  There is good stress and bad stress.  There is ue-stress and dis-stress. What many people don’t recognize is the connection of stress and neurological reflexes.  The connection of neurological reflexes and behavior patterns that become automatic and habitual.  The connection of people falling neurologically asleep and losing control or their bodies, their thoughts, their emotions their lives. 

While there has been reams of research done on parts of the the fight and flight reflex also known as the startle reflex, most of this research and therapies relating to the stress reflex don’t connect it to the human body, pain, posture and movement.   And even too much good stress can turn bad.  

Most of the focus goes to how the hormones, and brain chemicals and brain states that change and the physiological functioning i.e.- heart rate, blood flow, digestion.  All of this is very important however adding a more personal, physical and practical component is important as well.  What does stress do to your body?  To you living body?  Where is the balance? 

The more recent research on organizational stress shows the importance and connections between effort/demand, control/reward and time/??? volume

The Cost to Individuals: In the right amount at the right time and in the right environment stress helps us get motivated, grow, become more creative, adaptable and resilient.  Too much stress becomes toxic.  Leaving us with the feeling of having handcuffs on restricting our ability to act consciously and intentionally.  It will and does create physical, mental and emotional pain.  It denies our feeling of connection.   Soon it’s easy to acquire a pessimistic attitude, a scarcity viewpoint, a fearful attitude to life, 

The Cost to Relationships:  Couples, brothers, sisters, families, friends, colleagues etc.  all of the relationships we have in our life.  Many relationships go bad or toxic unnecessarily.  Sometimes it just wasn’t to be and it’s best to move on, other times it is people you don’t plan on becoming estranged from but something happens to create an impasse or at least high mental & emotional maintenance. 

To keep the relationships healthy they require, at a minimum, ability to communicate.  To have healthy and fun relationships takes effective communication which involves many skills and virtues like: awareness, forgiveness, wisdom, listening skills, courage, and patience.   

The Cost to Business- Stress affects many organizations in many negative ways. The many ugly faces of stress are shown in reduced productivity, back stabbing, resistance to creativity and change and fearful attitudes and behaviors..  Many organizations are reluctant to look at stress and it’s effects because of the ambiguous nature of stress and the fear of opening “pandoras box”. 

When stressed, your nervous system is over revving which makes it is impossible to listen and communicate no matter how great your intentions.  Patterns get developed and ingrained and pretty soon relationships are strained or lost despite the best intentions.  The cost to relationships are break ups, fights, jealousy, lawsuits, depression, mental stress, violence, fear, anger and loss.

For individuals awareness and feelings of control are imperative.  The importance and influence of personal perceptions and the understanding that each person has the ability to influence their own reality are beneficial beliefs to adopt.  The benefits and advantages of leading a fulfilled and inspired life are becoming better known.  The physchology leaders are showing this but amidst all of the economic and environmental challenges people are discovering this for themselves.

I know I've written it somewhere else but Add part in about Releasing.  Things- our bodies, brains, joints, tissues get congested, entangled, restricted, harnessed, contracted, tightened, glued and we need to release them to perform well and live joyfully.
